Women Unlimited envisions a community with skills on advocacy, community engagement, curriculum development, education and empowerment and institutionalise Participatory Action Research (PAR) in schools and communities to enhance peace education and entrepreneurship in The School Curriculum and Gambian Communities.
The mission of the Organization is to empower children, adolescent boys and girls, care givers and communities through community-based initiatives that will in cooperate peace education in the school curriculum, through climate change, gender and development, STEM Education and institutionalise Participatory Action Research (PAR) in schools and communities to improve quality and inclusive education. This will further minimise conflicts and societal disintegration and promote health and well-being, which will enhance the overall quality of life including the vulnerable and marginalised groups.
Women Unlimited’ is a Civil Society Organisation (CSO) which is a combination of strong professional women and men who are knowledgeable, skilful and competent who are based in the Gambia with its secretariat located in the Greater Banjul Area operating in both rural and urban schools and communities in the Gambia, with a prominent women voice echoing to be heard and feel through education.
